Thanks...they are priced aggressively to sell in these less than stellar economic times. They are also zoned to allow short-term vacation rentals. That revenue would likely generate approximately $15k +/- per year in net rental income. Given their great location, I don't expect the remaining eleven to stay on the market very long. As you likely know, there just isn't much in this price range in Port A. Bring your buyers.
