Village Walk Price Increase
Effective at 6:00pm CDT on Monday, April 2, 2007, all Village Walk standard lots are increasing by $3,000. Lot and home prices will be adjusted accordingly. Activity has been brisk in recent days. I anticipate additional price increases before the launch of phase two.
