Potential buyers now have one more tool in their online arsenal. Google Maps has enabled the popular Street View feature in the Port Aransas, Mustang Island and Padre Island areas. Now it is possible to explore properties and their neighboring homes and streets. It is a virtual tour of neighborhoods and communities. Since most of our buyers are from out-of-town, this feature will be popular while browsing the web for local real estate. Here is a view of one of the Port Aransas Realty offices from Street View.
I did a blog on this a few weeks ago. It is a wonderful service and really shows you more than just the house. It helps weed out the cute house next to the auto-graveyard or messy neighbor. Nice post Keith.
