Sales have been brisk in recent months at Cinnamon Shore. This is a vibrant new community located on Mustang Island and in the Port Aransas City Limits. Cinnamon Shore offers numerous amenities that are new to the area. Customers are responding as there were eight closed sales in April alone. Phase II of the development is now underway. Cinnamon Shore is located very close to the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course which is nearing completion.
