Pirates Bay Townhomes - Phase II Now Underway In Port Aransas

PORT ARANSAS, Texas - Phase I of Pirates Bay sold out in early 2012.  Phase II is well underway with the first three units now under construction.  There will be 38 townhome units in this second and final phase.
