Spring Break Winding Down

Today marks the last day of Spring Break for most Texas Universities.  The crowds have been large this year.  One theory on that is the fact that tourists now need passports to go to Mexico and Caribbean destinations.  Perhaps some last minute decisions were changed to stay here in TX.

The market has definitely picked up since 2007 began.  Now that the beach mayhem is slowing, serious buyers are making plans to visit the area and look for properties.  I have heard from quite a few people in the last week.

Although 10 million Texans live within a four hour drive of Port A, phone calls have also been coming in from WI, CA, IL and MN just this week.
